This notice explains how personal data is processed through the ivpoint.net website under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), which is the law that applies to this clinic.

What is collected
Personal data is collected through this website only if you fill in the contact form. There is no account, no login, no payment and no online booking on this site. The form processes:
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your telephone number (optional)
- Whatever you choose to write in your message
If you describe your health in the message field, that may count as special category data under article 6 of the KVKK. For that reason we suggest keeping the form to what is needed to understand your enquiry, and discussing medical detail during your consultation instead.
Purpose and legal basis
Your details are used only to answer your enquiry and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give through the checkbox before sending the form. Your details are not used for marketing and are never sold.
Who receives it
A small number of service providers are involved in delivering the form, which may mean your data is transferred to servers outside Turkey:
- Web3Forms – delivers the form submission to the clinic’s mailbox.
- Cloudflare – hosts the website.
- Google – the map on the contact page is loaded from Google’s servers.
Nothing is shared beyond this, other than where disclosure to a public authority is required by law.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for any retention period required by law, after which they are deleted.
Your rights under article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information about it; to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad; to have incomplete or incorrect data corrected; to request erasure or destruction; to have those actions notified to the parties the data was transferred to; to object to a result reached solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
